Dawn Davidson, R.N.
Dawn is a nationally recognized expert in the field of aesthetic non-surgical injections and artistry. After earning her nursing degree in 1993, she began her professional career in aesthetic medicine while her commitment and passion continued to grow. In her earlier years of practice, Dawn worked closely with plastic surgeons and independently as a laser technician.
Dawn’s exceptional attention to detail and natural artistic eye lead her to become one of the first nurses in Illinois to administer collagen injections and the injection of Botox Cosmetic®. Her career quickly propelled her into providing cutting-edge treatments such as; permanent & temporary dermal fillers, sclerotherapy and laser treatments under the medical directorship of reputable board-certified plastic surgeons at the Ritacca Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Center.
Dawn dedicates he professional career exclusively to non-surgical aesthetic procedures that has lead her to successfully serve a large, loyal patient base in Chicago and surrounding suburbs; many of which are physicians, professionals and clinical peers.
Throughout her career she has pursued education and research to perfect her ability, searching for advanced products and procedures to provide the results her patients have come to expect. Over the years, she has acquired numerous happy patients that attribute their rejuvenated look to Dawn and the Ritacca Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Center.
Latoya Norman, C.M.A.
Latoya Norman is a Certified Medical Assistant and has specialized in esthetic medicine since 2005.
She currently specializes in Permanent Makeup applications also known as Micropigmentation Tattooing, Cellulite Treatments, and Skin Tightening modalities such as Thermage and Infrared Skin Tightening.
Latoya developed the Medical Assistant Intern Program at Ritacca Laser Center, in which she provides professional training to all intern students interested in the field of medical esthetics. She was also the coordinator whom assisted in the launch of our anti aging program, in which she, herself went through losing over 50 pounds prior to having an abdominoplasty.

Sarah Johnson, L.S.O.
Sarah Johnson is a Laser Safety Officer and Clinician that specializes in an array of lasers and has mastered cutting-edge technology including Ultherapy, SkinTyte, Cellupulse and has an extensive knowledge of botox and dermal fillers. Sarah maintains her excellence and credentials by completing laser physics and safety courses under the medical supervision of our medical doctors.
Jennifer Greco, L.M.E.
Jennifer specializes in Medical Esthetics performing treatments such as Cellupulse for cellulite and post-op liposuction patients, laser hair removal, medical-grade facials, skin tightening procedures and laser rejuvenation,. She also specializes in pharmaceutical grade skincare products. Jen’s passion is to ensure that her patients are treated thoroughly and professionally. Her extensive knowledge in skin care, laser and cutting edge aesthetic treatments provides our patients with the utmost care to ensure noticeable, long lasting results.
